Beyoncé's "statement"

Here we go again.  White people are evil!  Run for your lives!  Aaaah!

So pop diva Beyonce used to be a pretty good artist.  Then she went all ghetto and lost a lot of fans who enjoy more inclusive mainstream pop. By that I mean people who aren't black.  They stopped listening to her new ghetto stuff.  Not because she embraced her blackness like black racists think, but because the music stopped being good.

See, ghetto music is designed for only ghetto-ites to enjoy.  It's degrading music about degrading things that the ghetto subculture embrace as being inherently black.  Promiscuity, getting drunk, selling or doing drugs, getting rich and killing cops.  Pretty much all modern hip hop music is degrading, brain cell killing drivel and that so many black youth have been brainwashed into thinking that the things in modern hip hop are part of their heritage instead of detritus that holds them back is deeply disturbing to anyone with a brain.

Mainstream radio doesn't play Beyoncé's new stuff for a reason.  It's not marketable to non black audiences. When Beyonce went down the ghetto trash road, she lost her fans who had better taste.

She needed relevance to get them back.  She has concert tickets to sell.  She needs publicity to do that.  She needed to get people talking about her so she can make money.  So she did that at the Super Bowl.

With a ridiculously black power white people are evil halftime show.  A lot of people were offended at the blatant racism and yes, if you weren't black, you were supposed to feel uncomfortable by it.  Most black folks are super excited that Bey put whitey in their place and are up in arms at the thought that anyone would be offended.  Because black people can be racist towards others while condemning racism towards themselves.  And people who think that are hypocrites.

But the show was more about putting whitey in their place then about empowering blacks and that's racist regardless of what Beyoncé's black fans think.

I wouldn't mind "Formation", her new song, if it was a positive message.  There's nothing wrong with addressing social issues, but only if a) you're honest and b) you're tasteful about it.  Because it's music, Bey.  Kids are watching you.  What did they see?  A song by a half naked woman pretty much telling them to hate and get whitey.  "Formation" blames white people for everything while not really encouraging black people to do anything to help themselves.  It's black victimhood set to music.  It seems to plays up black excellence at the expense of insulting everything that isn't black.  It doesn't even have a good beat.  It's just more ghetto trash.  And why won't Beyonce wear cloths anymore?  If you have to be practically nude to keep people interested, maybe you're music's not that good?

There's nothing wrong with black pride as long as you accept that there's also nothing wrong with white pride or Mexican pride or Arab pride.  You can't say black people get to be proud of being black but no one else has that same right because they're not black.  That's racist.

And black folks can't resolve the issues facing their community without acknowledging their own culpability.  In other words, yeah some crap happened in the past, Bey, but instead of wallowing in it, why don't more black folks get off their asses and DO SOMETHING to improve their lives.

I've said it before but even when other blacks say the same things, they're called sell outs and Uncle Toms by the racist blacks who prefer to blame whitey.

Such is the message of ghetto music.  Have sex with everyone, smoke a lot a weed and, when your life goes to shit, it's all whitey's fault.  Like black skin means you're not capable of making good decisions because, ya know, slavery.  Excuses.

All I hear in "Formation" is excuses.  All I hear is a famous artist telling her black fans to hate her white fans while the media, not wanting to piss off the black fans, make fun of non blacks who take offense at black racism.  Cuz blacks riot rather than vote.  Cuz blacks say fuck the police instead of becoming cops and changing the way policing is done.  Because white liberals are so damn scared of appearing racist, they let blacks get away with pretty much anything even at the expense of white liberals.

Beyonce didn't make a statement.  She made a spectacle of herself to sell you concert tickets and reminded everyone of just how racist black people can be in her greedy quest to make money.

And we'll forgive her for it because of guilt and fear and she's Beyonce.  She's famous. She's pretty.  She's rich.

In the end, Beyoncé's "statement" is worn out material, tired hot air blown up our collective noses for her own personal benefit, a diatribe affecting no changes, signifying nothing.

The Problem With Black History Month

Another February.  Another round of black supremacists screaming about how evil white people are and white supremacists screaming about how there isn't a white history month and how racist they think that is.  February sucks.

By the way, there technically ARE white history months. Irish American Heritage Month is in March.  October is a busy month with German American Heritage, Italian American Heritage and Polish American Heritage Months.  All groups of people now classified as Caucasian.  There's even an Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month and a Jewish American Heritage Month both in May, an Arab American Heritage Month in April and a Native American Heritage Month in November.  Of course, we can't forget Hispanic Heritage Month in September and October because, for some strange reason, they have to date theirs differently from everybody else.

The point is, there's nothing wrong with setting a month aside to appreciate the contributions of African Americans to our nation.  They did contribute more than just music and sports.  First open heart surgery was performed by a black man.  Neil Degrass Tyson is a national treasure.  Harriet Tubman to MLK, Tuskegee Airmen to Obama, African Americans have helped shape and build our nation and we should celebrate that.  But that's not what Black History Month is being used for these days.

And the answer is in the name.

See, everybody else calls their month a "heritage" month.  African Americans call theirs a "history" month.  What's the difference, you ask?

The word heritage would denote a celebration of a group's culture as well as it's history.  The food, the fashion, the traditions are all put on public display where the people in that group are allowed to be proud of who they are and anyone who's interested can explore and increase their understanding of another culture.  And with the other heritage months, you don't have to be a member of that community to celebrate with them.  Heritage Months are all about bringing national attention to a group of people and acknowledging how lucky we are to have them in our society.

Black History month isn't as welcoming.  The word history gets in the way.  See, it doesn't focus on black culture anymore if ever did at all.  There's no communal celebration of black contributions to society.  Instead, it's a month dedicated to whining about how oppressed black people feel and how evil white people are.  It's a month dedicated to everybody whining about how whiney they think black people are.  It's a month of rehashing slavery and Jim Crow.  Of revelling in black victimhood.  And if you're not black, you're not really allowed to celebrate with them because, to them, it's considered racist for a non black to take an interest in black culture.  Unless it involves white people groveling for forgiveness.

Black History Month is for black racists and it's a shame.

A Black Heritage Month could be used to celebrate black culture.  It could raise awareness of issues that matter to the black community the way Native American Heritage Month points out the poverty faced by many Native Americans or the way Hispanic Heritage Month highlights the need for immigration reform.  But Black History Month is just about demeaning white people.

You don't raise awareness about things by insulting people.  It turns them off.

But it gets worse.  Walk through the hood and ask random black people about their history.  Over half of them under 40 have no idea what you're talking about.  Their knowledge ends with King, Malcolm X and Rosa Parks. They don't know their own history because, even though there's an entire month dedicated to it, none of them bother to learn anything about it.  They're too busy whining about white people.

So it begs the question.  What is the point of Black History Month?  Answer: To pick on white people.

African Americans have a rich history but they ignore it in favor of hating white people.  They invented rock n roll, but when they acknowledge it, it's only to insult white people for enjoying it.  Their cuisine tastes amazing, but rather than be happy others like it too, they criticize others for stealing it when they've done the same thing.  Hamburgers are not a black invention, but they still eat them.  Ice cream? Not from black people.  Hypocrites.  If a non black person wears a do rag or an African print shirt, they are called racist for it even if the do rag is just to keep their hair out of their eyes and the shirt is just pretty to them.  Why?

Black History Month grows more and more hateful each year.  New Black Panthers calling for the extermination of whites.  Black Israelites calling for the extermination of Jews.  The knock out game that specifically targets light skinned persons.  Can you blame people for being turned off by Black History Month?

I'm not going to justify racism from any color of people and I do acknowledge that black people had some pretty terrible things happen in the past.  There's nothing wrong with acknowledging that past or having reverence for it.  The problem lies in how you treat others in the present and hating on white people for stuff that happened years ago, for stuff they themselves didn't personally do and you yourselves didn't personally experience, is wrong.  You can't change past mistakes.  You can only make them up the best you can.

Civl Rights,  Affirmative Action, the collective codling and ass kissing this nation does for black people is the best white people can do to make it up to black people.  And it'll never be good enough.

That's what Black History Month is a reminder of.  That no matter what white people do, until they are made slaves of the black man or whiped out by genocide, they will always be hated for something that a handful of their ancestors did.  For something they personally didn't do.  They will be hated for being white.  And that's racism.  Yeah.  Black people can be racist too.

No wonder white people don't care about Black History Month.

Black people need to care more about it though.  They need to keep history in context and stop the hate.  They need a heritage month to celebrate black culture and be proud of who they are, what they've accomplished and how far the world has come since slavery.  They don't need a dedicated month to be pissed off at white people.

Because they have 12 months already dedicated to being pissed off at white people.

Black Heritage Month.  Why not give it a try?

So I just watched the most horrible blog ever: MTV Decoded on YouTube.  Or as I like to call it, MTV Proganda for the Black Panthers because it sure as hell isn't news.  It's a PSA that oks racism against white people because, well, white people are evil.  So this dipshit says.  The link's below. Be my guest.

First, let me just say that MTV stopped being relevant when they stopped playing music, but kids are still watching this crap and it's irresponsible of MTV to air racist blogs.  Even if they're racist towards white people because racism, contrary to what MTV thinks, is NOT something only white people do.

Second, let me explain the gist of the blog.  The blog says black people are incapable of being racist and that any perceived racism they show towards white people is only because white people are evil and deserve it.

Fuck you, MTV.

The blog even says to ignore the definition of the word racism because it's just the dictionary and, ya know, it's more of a guideline than what a word actually means.  Stupid doesn't really mean lacking intelligence, kids.  It means blue now.  Retards!

Third, let me explain to you what racism is.  Racism is when you don't like someone because of their skin or ethnicity.  So, MTV, if a black person doesn't like a white person because they're white, then that black person is a RACIST.

And that's all there is to it.  No excuses.  Racism is racism.  You don't have to be an institution or in a position of power in order to be racist.  You just have to not like someone because they're a different color than you.

The scary thing is that little white kids are buying into this nonsense.  They're being taught that their lives are basically worthless because they're white and their ancestors may or may not have done some bad things.  White kids are being taught that it's ok for people to hate them because of their race.  They deserve it and they should start begging black people for acceptance and forgiveness.  Let's pretend the Irish were never slaves.  Let's pretend black Africans never owned slaves.  Cuz everything wrong in the world is all the white man's fault.

And you say reverse racism isn't a thing.  Bitch, you're bringing back apartheid but reversing the roles. Yes, reverse racism is a thing.

Look, this is only the beginning.  Sentiments like these are growing.  It's dangerous enough to be a Mexican in this country, but there will come a time when it will be more dangerous to be white.  People who have these sentiments, people who make these blogs, the people who are calling whites evil, they aren't interested in ending racism.  They are only interested in getting revenge on white people.

They want to hurt white people. They want to enslave white people. They want to kill white people.  They don't want to get along with white people.  If you're white, get the hell out of America before they come for you because they are coming for you.

Everybody says let's have an honest conversation about race in this country, but every conversation they start always begins with white people are evil and black people can't be racist.  So let's pretend black people aren't racist to Mexicans and Asians because well, Mexicans and Asians are lighter skinned and must be evil too.  Mexicans and Asians must have created institutionalized racism too.  Mexicans and Asians must be out to get the black man too.  So black people have a right to be racist towards Mexicans and Asians.  Right?  Cuz black people can't be racist because Mexicans and Asians and white people are evil.

Blacks can too be racist.  Not just towards whites but towards everyone who isn't black.  Not because everyone who isn't black is evil, but because blacks can be racist.  The proof happens in the hood every day.

You can deny it, but the truth is the truth.  Your propaganda will cause a war.  Your PSAs will get people killed.  Your excusing bad behavior because black people are doing it will destroy this nation.  Not because you're fighting for equality, but because you don't know what the fuck you're talking about and you're brainwashing kids to BE RACIST.  Just towards white people though.  But is that really going to fix anything?

Mexicans aren't native North Americans

Most Mexicans are as European as white people. SOME Mexicans may have indigenous ancestors, but those ancestors were from central America.  Unless your ancestors are from an indigenous tribe native to NORTH AMERICA, the US and everything north of the Rio Grande ain't yours, sweetheart.  Mexicans, Latinos, Central and South Americans or any variation thereof are NOT native to my land and have NO RIGHT to tell me to go home.

I'm sick of this immigration debate.  Not because I think all Hispanics need to be deported or because I'm ok with illegals trying to make a better life.  I'm sick of the bullshit about who this country really belongs to.

History lesson: land belongs to whoever conquers it.  It doesn't matter what was here before.  It only matters what is here now.

I'm not going to justify genocide because that's what happened to Native North Americans and it was wrong.  But they were conquered because they were an inferior power to the invading Europeans.  It sucks but it's the truth.  But ya know what else?  The ancient Scotts were no match to the English.  Pretty much everyone was inferior to the Romans.  The world has been conquered into creation.  That's life.  Read a history book. Persians, Mongols. Invasion after invasion.  Even what we now call Native Americans were fond of invading one another.  African tribes did the same thing.

And sorry if you have bad feelings about your ancestors bad luck, but for Mexicans to come to the US and say they're taking back from the white man what was theirs is ludicrous because it was NEVER THEIRS.

If you want to take back your land, take back Mexico.  That's YOUR home.  That's where YOUR ancestors came from.

And I'm sick of this Mexican pride shit. Take enough pride in Mexico to fix its problems instead of running away like babies and bitching about Europeans already being here.  You don't have Mexican pride, you fakers, or you'd fight for your REAL homeland.  You'd fight for Mexico.  You'd fight the drug cartels and corrupt government.  You would have built an empire of your own instead of running away.

If you had any REAL Mexican pride.

Look, we can't change the past and the past isn't a pretty place, but we also have to live in the present.  You don't make better worlds by holding grudges about stuff that happened before you were a twinkle in your mama's eye.  I didn't invade Mexico.  I never owned slaves.  I don't owe you anything.  Leave me out of it.

No.  You make a better world by taking the PRESENT and building a FUTURE.  You don't look back at all the past injustices and demand reparations.  You learn from them and then prevent them from happening again in the future.  Why?  Because ALL lives matter.

White liberals keep talking about this.  We can bemoan white people, claim white privilege, call them racist, but they're getting something others aren't.  They understand equality.  They fight for it.  For everyone. Not just black and brown people.  They look at the world and say let's love EVERYONE.  Then they do.  They get mocked for it.  They get accused of destroying the black community for it.  They're called invaders for it but they do it anyway.  They're forward thinkers.  They know how to get things done.

Damn.  Maybe that's how you build an empire?

But Mexicans, seriously.  The United States belongs to the people who are born within its borders.  Bill of Rights says so.  Don't come to my country, legally, illegally, anchor baby or whatever, and think you own the place.  Don't you dare tell me to go home.

Theories are not facts

We as a species are curious about everything. For example, we can't just accept that the sun comes up in the morning. We have to know why.  So we made up theories about it.  To the ancient Greeks, a god pulled the sun across the sky with his celestial chariot.  To the ancient Egyptians, the sun was a god.  Who was right?  Neither of them.  Science later proved for a fact that the sun is a star, a giant ball of really hot gas.  No chariots. No sentience.

And that's the thing about theories.  They're ideas, possibilities.  They are NOT facts.

We take far too many theories as facts.  Big Bang Theory.  Evolution. That all human life began in Africa.   All theories taken as fact but could very well not even be true.

Because we have no way of proving them.  No way of saying with indefatigable certainty that the universe began with an explosion. Why?  Because there's no record of it and we weren't there.  It's a guess someone made because the universe (as far as their technology can tell them at this moment) shows signs of expanding.  So they conjectured that the universe was more condensed in the past and something had to make it start expanding.  Must have been an explosion.

What came before the Big Bang though?

Apes share remarkable similarities to humans and we found some really old human like skeletons that don't look exactly like us so someone made a guess that our ancestors were neanderthals and we evolved from them.  Couldn't just be a species of man that died out huh?  Other animals have various varieties.  There are dozens of different types of bird some of which are now extinct.  House cats and tigers are both felines, but which evolved first?

And what exactly happened to create human life in the first place?

So the oldest remains we found so far happened to be in modern day Africa.  That doesn't mean there aren't older signs of life in Siberia we just haven't found yet.  There's zero proof that Africans are the true master race, the Israelites, and all other races are genetic mutations some how.

And why is it acceptable for blacks to express black pride when whites expressing white pride automatically makes them racist.  Another topic though.

Truth is, any history prior to what was written down is ALL CONJECTURE.  We have no record of what Stonehenge was really for.  Someone just guessed it had something to do with druids.  We have no records of where the first humans came from.  It's just a theory.

Theories are ok.  It's great to be curious, to try and understand things, but we have to be smarter than this.  We have to first understand that guesses are not facts and our theories could be wrong.  We have to keep an open mind.  We have to keep searching for answers and we should NEVER mistake opinion for truth.

Hermione's Transfiguration

Well, Potterheads, you've gone off the deep end again.  This time thanks to a new play.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (because JK Rowling just can't find anything else to write about) is about an adult Harry, Ron and Hermione dealing with kids and some magic stuff and something.  I have no idea really.  The wizard train left the station long ago for me, but it's being called book 8 in the series so there you go.  And while there's been eager anticipation by the folks who still think owls make good pets, it's being overshadowed by the fan's fury at the audacity to hire a black actress to play Hermione on stage.

First, it's a play.  Second, Hermione's not a real person.  And for all the fuss, it's a play most Potterheads won't even have a chance to see.  Do you know how expensive tickets cost?  Do you really think they'll be a performance outside of Brittain?  And if there is, that the same actors will be in it as the version you're all so freaked out about?  Look, I'm sure the lady is a fine actress and it'll be a fine play so calm down.  And if you hate the idea that much, you don't have to watch it.

God, I'm tired of everything in life being about race.

But here's the part that pisses me off.  Rowling has the audacity to say Hermione was always black.  Her race was "never specified" in the books so she could very well have been black all along.  Ok.  If Hermione was always black, who the hell cast whiter than white Emma Watson in the MOVIES?  Why was Hermione ALWAYS portrayed as white until NOW?  Don't con me lady.  This is a publicity stunt to get butts in seats for your stupid play.  It's as transparent as Moaning Myrtle.

I don't care who plays Hermione in the play.  I don't care if Ron doesn't have ginger hair.  Because it's a play and the original actors probably weren't available and things are always different in plays.  Black Hermione, more power to you.

But I take offense at Rowling making claims that obviously aren't true in order to sell tickets and to make her books appeal to black audiences by using their race to appear more inclusive.  Your books were about white kids, JK.  Don't go changing the narrative now because you're pressured to be more politically correct.  You should have thought about political correctness when you first created the characters 20 years ago.  It's a disgusting publicity stunt and I'm very disappointed.

Racism: An Equal Opportunity Problem

Listen to the rhetoric on any thread tweeting "Black Lives Matter" and you hear it.  Read the comments section in any online column regarding police brutality and you hear it.  Take a walk through the ghetto and listen to people talking in their own front yards and you hear it.  Black racism.  It's everywhere black people are in America and we can't keep looking the other way.  We can't pretend it isn't there because it isn't socially acceptable to admit it is.

There is a growing movement in the black community that is hardcore Afro-centric.  If it ain't black they don't like it.  In their ideology, blacks came first and lighter skin is a genetic mutation.  YouTube is littered with claims of "new scientific evidence" that blacks are the master race, the race all other races sprang from, and therefore are the most purest.  Blacks are the purest humans, by default the most noble, and everyone else are dogs beneath their majestic feet.  They are royalty oppressed by lesser beings who fear them.  Sound familiar?  Sounds Nazi-esque to me, but this what they espouse.  This is what they got out of humanity's turbulent history.  A big ego.  They learned nothing.

They even believe Native Americans were not the original inhabitants of the Americas.  They claim Africans settled America and that Native Americans are the result of white Europeans raping African women.  Same thing the world over.  Hawaiians were black originally and Asians raped their women and that's why native Hawaiians look Asian.  Yes. Pseudo history is everywhere and always the myth that the black race came first and was beaten and oppressed by the evil white man, who is a deformity in the genetic code.  Hell, the idea that Africa is the birthplace of all life on earth is a totally unprovable theory now taken as fact.  Pseudo history is everywhere and should be taken with a grain of salt until concrete evidence proves otherwise.  There is NO WAY to definitively determine the true origins of man.  Get over it.

But it's more than just faking history to make yourself feel special.  What's truly maddening about the whole Afro-centric movement is the rampant increase in racism and calls for racial violence that come with it.  This isn't a celebration of black culture if it ever was.  It's a call to arms for the black man to fight the white man and it's as dangerous as anything ISIS can come up with.

While the racism extends to several groups, most notably Asians, most black racism targets white people and they are quick to use a racially tense history to justify it, but does that make it ok?  Does the slavery of the past make it ok to be racist towards white people because of something their ancestors may or may not have done? I say may not have done because, contrary to the rhetoric, not all white people have ancestors who once owned slaves. A lot of whites are the descendants of Italian and Irish immigrants who came to this country at the turn of the century long after slavery was abolished.  They were usually poor as dirt and there's no indication of many of them ever owning slaves. But all white people are continuously blamed for slavery to this day even though no one alive today has ever owned a slave and no black person alive today has ever been a slave.

Unless you count sex slaves and African ladies who sell themselves into virtual slavery as housekeepers in order to be fed.  But that's not the white man's fault either because white people are not actively running an African slave trade anymore and aren't the only ones who market sex slaves and housekeepers.  Yet do black Americans hold those Indians who purchase housekeepers or their black African cousins who keep sex slaves in the same contempt they keep holding whites in for something that isn't happening anymore?  No.  Heaven forbid they acknowledge that 300 years ago blacks sold other blacks into slavery for money and alcohol.  It would mean holding their own ancestors accountable for slavery too and it's much easier on their egos to just blame white people.

The white man owes you nothing anymore.  We won't forget slavery happened because it was a horrible thing, but we learned from it.  We now will never see it happen again in this country and we fight to stop it from happening in other parts of the world.  We learned from our mistakes.  Why can't you?

Most whites are all for racial equality.  We protest for black equality too.  Ferguson, Baltimore, Chicago.  Young white liberals took to the streets demanding justice just like blacks did (only probably not as violently).  Whites marched with King in the 60s.  Whites ran stops in the underground railroad. It's obvious that not all whites are out to get the black man. All that keeps getting ignored though.  All that doesn't matter.  Whites are and always have been the villains of the story.  Can you blame whites for being tired of it?  Tired of the scapegoating, of constantly apologizing even though they personally didn't do anything wrong?

Listen to the rhetoric coming from a large portion of the black community these days.  They aren't calling for equality.  They don't want to be equal to the white man.  They want REVENGE.  They want to make the white man their slaves.  That's the only way they will feel content.  Dominance is the only reparation they will accept.  It's a sick attitude that is so pervasive, it's undeniable.  Whites see it and they are afraid.  They recoil from it.  When a white person crosses the street at seeing a black man walking towards them, it's out of fear and NOTHING ELSE.  Generations of whites have been taught to be extra nice to blacks because of our past.  Don't offend black people.  That's the mantra.  Generations of blacks have been taught to hate whites for something that happened before they were born.  Then you see blacks being violent on tv.  Then you hear angry rants about getting even.  Get whitey night.  It's not a white hatred of blacks that keeps most of us away.  It's the fear of what blacks might do to us if we're not protected because we have been threatened.

I know not all blacks feel this way, but enough of them do and the numbers of those who do are increasing so rapidly that it's going to become a problem when blacks start out ranking whites in a few decades.  Reverse racism is a stupid name for it because racism is racism no matter who it's directed towards, but the painful truth is, a lot of black Americans are extremely racist and things are going to get worse the more extreme they get.  Not just towards whites, but to everyone of every color because that's how racism works.

Let's be perfectly clear about black racism.  It exists and it's just as wrong as racism from any other group.  Whatever vitriol you think the KKK may have, the Black Panthers have just as much.  Blacks can be racist too.  It's a fact.  I'm not being racist for pointing it out though I'll no doubt be accused of it by more than one reader.

Because we don't acknowledge black racism.  The media even goes out of its way to ignore it.  Never do you see it when a black cop does something wrong. Only white cops make the news.  How many Native Americans and Hispanics have been injured by police?  It's never reported.  Only when it involves a white cop and a black person.  It's like the aristocrats running the media WANT a race war so we'll be too occupied fighting eachother to pay attention to how they're robbing us blind.

I'm sick of it.  Blacks keep saying we need to have an honest discussion about race in the country but every time we do, white people are always the only bad guys and everyone else are always the poor victims.  AND IT'S NOT TRUE.

I'm not going to pretend there aren't white racists, but I'm not stupid enough to presume only white people are capable of it.  Racism is NOT a white only problem.  It's not nor has it ever been something only white people do. Every racial group has its fair share of racists.  Hispanics, Asians, Arabs, Blacks.  Doesn't matter.  They all have racists among their ranks.  Until we acknowledge that, until we approach the issue fairly instead of just bashing white people, we're never going to solve the problem.

Black people keep saying we need to have an honest conversation about race in this country.  They're right we do.  But blacks need to be honest too or there isn't a point.
